Discussing the Peer Review

What I found helpful through doing this peer review is that I have been given three different opinions as to what people enjoyed about my work, also what people thought needed to be changed or altered in order to improve my work.

The way in which that I would change the peer review is by making it more practical so that more people are willing to get involved and comment on other people's work. A way in which that I would do this would be to have someone's work on the board and individually people could come up to the board and either write what they thought t is good about the work or circle something that they liked, or they could circle or write something that they disliked and offer a way of improvement.

The things that I would keep the same on the sheet is the suggested content section as I feel it gives you a clear indication as to what you have done wrong. Also if more than one person comments on the same thing saying that it is either good or bad then you know that you need to either change it or keep it.

The fresh ground rules that I would include in the next peer assessment would be that everybody has to comment at least one thing on everybody's work. Furthermore I would also ask people to expand on other people's comments so that you get a better idea of what to improve and work on.
